This launch-stage website is designed to keep things simple. You can browse and create an event brief without opening an account or giving us your contact details.

The event planner stays in your browser

The planner runs entirely on your device. It does not send the information you enter to PlayLootClaw, save it to a database, or store it in cookies or browser storage. Closing or reloading the page clears the page's in-memory planner entries, subject to your browser's own form-restoration behaviour.

Use it for general event ideas, not names, phone numbers, addresses or other personal or sensitive information.

Copying and downloading are your choice

“Copy brief” asks your browser to put the text on your clipboard. “Download .txt” creates a text file on your device. These actions do not submit an enquiry or contact us. Where you paste or share a downloaded brief is up to you.

No advertising trackers or embedded third-party fonts

This version has no analytics scripts, advertising pixels, sign-up forms, embedded social-media feeds or third-party font requests. The site itself does not set cookies.

Website hosting still has technical information

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like other hosting providers, Cloudflare may process technical request information such as your IP address, browser details and pages requested to deliver and protect the service. That is distinct from the planner content, which is not transmitted by this site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices.

When enquiries open

A public business contact and any future enquiry form will be announced at launch. This note will be updated before a new data-collection feature is introduced. There is currently no public enquiry inbox or contact form on this site.
